Dispatch / Handling Time

We are in best practice of dispatching orders, as we dispatch orders same day we receive them.

In our everyday routine, orders placed before 5:00 PM each day are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM each day are dispatched to next business day. Likewise we take 2-4 business days to dispatch order.


Business Days and Dispatches

Our business days are Monday to Saturday.

Sunday is holiday and we do not process/dispatch any orders on Sunday’s.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday are dispatch on next business day, which is Monday.


Order Tracking

With every order placed by you at we provide courier docket number which can be used to track order package in transit.

Docket number is provided by courier service provider to us and we share it with you. You can track your order package on third party courier website by using the shared docket number.


Delivery Time

Delivery of order is solely dependent upon distance and logistics service we choose to deliver your order. We cannot ensure exact time period of delivery, yet on an average it takes 5-7 business days for delivery.

If you believe your order has been delayed more than the expected time period you can contact us at or call us at +91 99414 48888. We will inspect the issue and take the appropriate action.



If you wish to return your order, contact us within 5 days of delivery of order mentioning the reason of return. Also make sure, the package is not opened, assembled or installed. On customised chairs, we do not accept returns on any condition.

Please meet the following conditions, in case you wish to return your order:

- The product is in unused condition, packed, uninstalled

- All the tags, stickers, materials, and packaging accompanying the product are intact

- The product was delivered to you in last 5 days

If you meet above conditions email us at with subject line of “Return Request Order ID ###” 

Once we receive your return request, we will approve your request and share our address with you and further instructions.

After receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect the goods condition and initiate your refund accordingly.
