By using MakeMyChairs.com, you are responsible for safeguarding your user ID and password. Any activity undertaken using your user ID and password is your responsibility. To enter into an agreement with us, please follow these steps:

  • Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
  • If you're a new customer, create an account and log in. If you're an existing customer, log in with your credentials.
  • While checking out, select your preferred delivery method, confirm your order, and agree to our terms.

Upon verification of your order, we will send you a second receipt to confirm the agreement. In case we can't fulfill your order, we will promptly notify you by email.

2. Pricing and Payments:

Our product prices may change, and occasionally there may be discrepancies between the listed and actual prices. We typically verify prices during order processing. If the actual price is higher, we will contact you for instructions or offer you the option to cancel the order. Your payment includes shipping costs.

3. Availability and Delivery:

We strive to deliver products to the specified location promptly. Delivery is considered complete once the products reach the delivery location, after which you are responsible for the products. We make our best efforts to meet the stated delivery date in our confirmation, and if no date is specified, we aim to deliver within 10 days of confirmation. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we assure you that all product deliveries will be dispatched within 60 days from payment receipt, unless extraordinary circumstances arise. Please note that we currently deliver products at a fixed price within Chennai. Shipping costs for deliveries outside Chennai may vary.

4. Risk and Title:

You assume responsibility for the products once they are delivered. Title to the products transfers to you upon receipt of the full payment, including shipping.

5. General Terms:

  • While we aim to provide accurate product images, they should be considered as a guide.
  • Any claims for defective or damaged items must be made within five days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in unused condition with their original packaging.
  • We guarantee the quality of all products available on our website.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, are at least 18 years old, and that the information provided in the order is accurate.
